Vision

LGSPA believes that strong local governments are the foundation for the development of healthy, inclusive and sustainable communities, and that well-functioning local governments are catalysts for the development of ARMM and the Philippines.

 

LGSPA helps to create this vision through an integrated local governance sector approach following a comprehensive capacity development process.
